Tea time

I like neither English Breakfast, Earl Grey or any other black tea that is served in this corner of the world at  tea time. When I am forced to have a cup to avoid being impolite, I mask the taste with whatever I can find. I adopted, however, the ritual of tea time (provided it is green) or herbal tea ( provided it is red), this time of day when one is allowed to reflect about one’s work, or simply chill out. Just add beautiful teapots to the mix, a white tablecloth and a ray of sunshine in a beautiful garden to transform it into an  unforgettable moment.
